CPAM provides its management services to undeveloped communities and to finished and operating communities. For undeveloped communities, CPAM aids developers in the form of budgetary forecasting for the HOA, homeowner association and board of director formation, and budget implementation for the community. As the agent to and for the HOA and its board of directors, CPAM makes the transition from developer control of the community to homeowner control of the community easy and efficient.
CPAM also proudly offers management services to finished and operating communities. We take the stress off of homeowners who manage their own communities by effectively implementing our accounting procedures and common area management. CPAM will also present proposals and suggestions for communities currently under other management.
Finally, we take pride in customizing and tailoring management programs to each specific community. There exists no one set of procedures for all communities. CPAM recognizes that after all, it is your community and we are your agents.
